Mr. Ty Hyderally has been included in the Top Ten Leaders of Employment Law in Northern New Jersey and he concentrates on Employment Law, harrasment cases, discrimination for race, religious and other employment cases.

His goal is to educate corporate officials, business owners and employees about matters concerning employment law so that they are aware of the various rights and responsibilities each has in order to keep the workplace free from any type of discriminatory or illegal employment activities. Mr Hyderally has compiled and implemented complaint procedures in order to prevent companies from having to endure time consuming litigation procedures. In May 2005, Mr. Ty Hyderally was nominated to serve as the Co-Chairperson of the Trial Litigation Sub-committee of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Litigation Section. This nomination is a significant honor, as the Trial Litigation Sub-committee is considered one of the most significant sub-committees of the Employment Litigation Section. This nomination demonstrates Mr. Hyderally's commitment to trial litigation and reflects how he is viewed by other seasoned national litigators who nominated him to this position of Co-Chairperson.
Ty Hyderally Law Offices lives by two important principles: Velocity and Ferocity. Mr. Hyderally has had arbitrations the NYSE, American Arbitration Association, and the NASDI. He has also litigated in Texas, California and Arizona, with some focus on national class actions on employment.
